Improved Troubleshooting/Fault Isolation Skills

Objective:

The goal of this workshop is to focus on and further develop the thinking processes and specific cognitive skills required for applying Cost-Effective Troubleshooting led, developed or executed by engineering and/or technical personnel.

Overview:

Over the course of training, participants will learn to utilize a systematic approach for reliable troubleshooting, saving time and money.

The training will integrate principles of learning and practical decision-making through use of the Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment Program. Emphasis will be placed on the practice of troubleshooting and decision making using systems mastered by the participants.


Target Groups:   

Technical personnel and Quality Assurance (QA) engineers designing and conducting fault findings/trouble shooting for technical systems.

  • Information Gathering – habits, awareness, principles and cognitive skills

  • Fault Isolation Strategies

  • Implementation of troubleshooting - habits, awareness, principles and cognitive skills
