Center for Cognitive Rehabilitation of the Brain Injured

The Center for the Cognitve Rehabilitation of the Brain Injured treats those who have suffered brain trauma resulting from terror attacks, army service, road or work accidents, slips and falls and strokes. Each therapy regimen is tailored to the specific needs and desires of the clients; we strive not only to return them to near normative function, but to give them back their raison d'être, their reason for living. Therapy lasts one-to-three years, with intensive one-on-one instruction by a multi-disciplinary team. It focuses on Instrumental Enrichment (IE) skills; speech and language; reconstruction of reading, writing, comprehension, basic math skills, and general life-skills.
